Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • First-Class Mail- Delivery in 1–3 business days
  • First-Class Package- Delivery in 1–3 business days
  • Priority Mail- Delivery in 1–3 business days
  • Priority Package- Delivery in 1–3 business days

3DNFC only ships to addresses within the United States.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Your account will be updated with any applicable tracking number(s). To track your orders go to the Orders section of your Account Manager, under the Actions tab press the Track button. First Class Mail (Letter Size) Envelopes do not receive a tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

3DNFC.com is not responsible for any fees imposed during or after shipping, these are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

3DNFC.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship outside the U.S.
